From the Gold Rush to Proposition 215, the California has traditionally emphasized adventure, freedom, autonomy, and celebration of the American Spirit.  While some Golden State politicians have proposed schemes to ban everything from fast food to gun shows to home schooling, we at the RLC-CA are working vigilantly to safeguard the right of families to make their own decisions.

The 2008 election season has inspired many proponents of freedom to become more politically active, and as a result, the RLC is undergoing a renaissance.
